Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bankers' Welfare Association Bangladesh (BWAB) held on 07/04/2018 (Saturday) at Hotel Milina Ltd. Uttara, Dhaka.

The AGM was presided over by BWAB President Kazi Md. Shafiqur Rahman, prominent banker (Former Managing Director, Mutual Trust Bank Limited).

Members of Executive Committee and a large number of distinguished General Members attended the AGM and raised their collective voice to work for the future activities, growth and development of the Bankers' Welfare Association.

New Body For Bankers' Welfare Formed

A non-political association for all categories of bank officers was formed at a meeting at a local hotel in Dhaka recently. Kazi Md Shafiqur Rahman, Former Managing Director of Mutual Trust Bank, will serve as convenor of the Bankers' Welfare Association Bangladesh, and Md Ahsan Habib, Senior Vice President of Trust Bank, will serve as Member Secretary, the association said in a statement yesterday. A 23-member committee was also formed for the association, according to the statement.
