ব্যাংকার্স ওয়েলফেয়ার এসোসিয়েশন বাংলাদেশ (BWAB) এর সদস্য হওয়া ও নবায়নের জন্য নিম্ন বর্ণিত নির্দেশনা এখন থেকে কার্যকর হবে:
১। সাধারণ সদস্যগণের ক্ষেত্রে সদস্য পদ গ্রহণের পর সদস্য পদের মেয়াদ উক্ত বছর ৩০ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত বহাল থাকবে। নবায়ন ফি প্রদান সাপেক্ষে তা নবায়িত হবে। ফি প্রদান সংক্রান্ত তথ্যাবলীঃ
ক) সাধারণ সদস্য ফি ৫,০০০ (পাঁচ হাজার) টাকা এবং বাৎসরিক নবায়ন যোগ্য ফি ৫০০ (পাঁচ শত) টাকা, প্রতি বছর ৩১ শে অক্টোবর তারিখের মধ্যে জমা দিতে হবে।
খ) আজীবন সদস্য ফি ১০,০০০ (দশ হাজার) টাকা এককালীন। নবায়নের প্রয়োজন নাই।
আজীবন সদস্য ফি ১০,০০০ (দশ হাজার) টাকা ৩০ শে ডিসেম্বর, ২০২২ পর্যন্ত বলবৎ থাকবে।

স্থগিত কৃত সদস্যপদ পুনরায় সচল করতে চাইলে ১,০০০ টাকা অতিরিক্ত জরিমানা প্রদান করতে হবে। তা ছাড়াও বকেয়া সকল ফি পরিশোধ সাপেক্ষে সদস্যপদ পুনর্বহাল করা হবে।
অতএব, সংস্লিষ্ট সকল BWAB সদস্য গনকে বিষয়টির প্রতি গুরুত্ব দেয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।
যাঁরা এ বছর সাধারণ সদস্য পদ নবায়ন করেন নি বা নবায়ন এর ফি একাধিক বছর বকেয়া রয়েছে তাঁদেরকেও যথা শীঘ্র এবং অবশ্যই ৩১ শে অক্টোবর, ২০২২ ইং তারিখ এর মধ্যে বর্ণিত বকেয়া ফি জমা দিয়ে সাধারণ সদস্য পদ নিয়োমিত করার জন্য বিশেষ ভাবে অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।

BWAB Housing Project

BWAB এর সম্মানিত সদস্যগণের অনুরোধে নিম্ন বর্ণিত কতিপয় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত গৃহীত হয়েছে:
১। শীঘ্রই Civic Real Estate থেকে BWAB এর অফিস BWAB Tower এর জমি রেজিস্ট্রি সম্পন্ন হবে।
২। নির্ধারিত জমিতে প্লট এর ম্যাপ তৈরির কাজ চলছে। এর পরেই যাঁরা ইতিমধ্যে ২০% বুকিং মানি জমা দিয়েছেন তাঁদেরকে প্লট এর বরাদ্দ পত্র দেয়া হবে।
৩। যাঁরা ইতিমধ্যে ২০% বুকিং মানি জমা দিয়েছেন এবং যাঁরা বুকিং দিয়ে টাকা জমা দিতে পারেননি তাঁরা ১৫/১০/২০২২ এর মধ্যে ২০% বুকিং মানি জমা দিলে প্রতি কাঠার মূল্য ১০ লাখ টাকা ধরা হবে অর্থাৎ প্রতি কাঠায় ৫০,০০০/- টাকা কম দিতে হবে। উক্ত ডিসকাউন্ট এর টাকা শেষ কিস্তির সাথে সমন্বয় করা হবে।
৪। যাঁরা এক বারে মূল্য পরিশোধ করে প্লট নিতে চান তাঁদেরকে সাথে সাথেই প্লট রেজিস্ট্রি করে দেয়া হবে। তাঁদেরকেও কাঠা প্রতি ৫০,০০০/- টাকা ডিসকাউন্ট সুবিধা দেয়া হবে অর্থাৎ প্রতি কাঠার মূল্য ১০ লাখ টাকা ধরা হবে।
৫। ২০% বুকিং মানি জমা দিলে প্লট এর অবশিষ্ট টাকা ৪৮ কিস্তিতে দেয়া যাবে, ইচ্ছা করলে বা পেমেন্ট এর সুবিধার্থে তিন বা ছয় কিস্তির টাকা একবারে আগেই জমা দেয়া যাবে।
৬। জমির বর্তমান প্রতি কাঠা মূল্য ১০.৫০ লাখ টাকা ৩০/০৪/২০২৩ পর্যন্ত বলবৎ থাকবে।
৭। প্লট size ৩, ৪ ও ৫ কাঠা। কয়েক জন মিলেও গ্রুপ করে প্লট নেয়া যাবে।

1) General Membership Fee:
Tk.5,000/- to be renewed each year (Renewal Fee Each Year Tk.500/-)

BWAB Crest for brilliant kids of the BWAB Members, for outstanding performance of BWAB Members and for successful Business Personalities will be awarded during the Annual Picnic & Get- Together.
However, regarding Annual Picnic & Get- Together a separate mail in due time will be sent to all our BWAB Members.
